Sales Manager
Pedro Marcos is a founder partner of SLCLAB with more than 25 years of experience in the laboratory world. He has a transversal knowledge that allows him to know 100% how laboratories work and to provide solutions adapted to each case from a clinical and IT point of view.
He has implemented Alfa21 and Zendo Lims systems in more than 500 laboratories worldwide.
He has collaborated with the design and development of the laboratory management systems Zendo Lims and Alfa21 and he has developed numerous interfaces for connection to analysers.
During his time at SLCLAB, he has worked as Customer Service Manager and he is responsible for the implementation and follow-up of the ISO 9001 quality standard.
Currently, he holds the position of Sales Director, managing a team of people who carry out commercial activities in almost 35 countries in 5 continents.
